Essential to the development of artists. Examining the basics of drawing, through a range of techniques, form, structure and space, in charcoal, pencil and paper.

Basic Drawing
10-1pm Tutor: Derek Ogbourne £112
Covering all aspects of drawing for the beginner. Working from what we see and other times from what we imagine, using line and other medium in a expressive way. Abstraction, Impressionism, Expressionism and Surrealism are introduced.

Children's Painting & Pottery (6-11 year olds)
10-12:00 Tutor: Claire Bevacqua £102
Exploring their creativity through clay and preparatory painting, projects are introduced where hand-building and finishing techniques are taught.

Young Adult's Painting & Drawing
10-1pm Tutor: Felicitas Aga £112, 11yrs onwards
A project based fun class where all aspects of painting and drawing will be explored and used.

Saturday Afternoon

Printmaking & Etching
1:30-4:30pm Tutor: Emiko Aida. £117
Exploring techniques of etching , dry point, collograph and monoprint. Results can be found by accident or purposeful design.

Portraiture
1:30-4:30pm Tutor: Desmond Healy £123
A portrait model, two week poses, a variety of media, starting with a limited palette you will be guided through the process of building a structured figure in space.

Open Studio Workshop
1:30-3.30pm Tutor: Derek Ogbourne. £84
Learn how to draw from scratch, paint abstract pictures, build a sculpture, or create an installation, your process of discovery will be exciting. This class is for all abilities.
